P2K2 heat problems?

When i first got my P2K2 pro motor I thought it was awesome because of the run times and punch i was getting. I checked how hot the motor was after every run and it always was fine, almost cool. I was running it in an undergeared delphi. But after a while the motor now gets really hot like only halfway through running it. I didn't change anything from when i first got it, so i can't figure out whats wrong with it. I am using an 19 tooth pinion/ 72 tooth spur. Any advice?

What kind of maintenance have you been doing? If you haven't cut the comm or replaced the brushes, that's your problem. Cut the comm, replace the brushes, and you'll be good to go. :cool:
