I have a tekin rebel and dually and my batteries are 1500 prina pack and 1700 sanyo, well anyways the connectors are getting so hot that they melt toegher and i have had to reaplce them more than once, somebody please help!( I have stampede too)

It sounds like you need a higher quality connector. I would use Deans, Acer, or AstroFlight connectors. They're more capable of handling the higher current loads of modified electric motors.

Also, check out the Power Pole connectors sold by Duratrax (Tower Hobbies) or Pro Max (Hobby People), they are the same product made by Anderson Power Products.

ok. i was doing that last night i thinkin at powerpoles,i've heard there easy to work with too.i want astroflight but the price is too expensive ( ihave like 3 batterys and 2 esc's)

The power poles will give good perfomance, are easy to work with, are durable, & are the best for the money. Eventually you may need to tweek them slightly, or replace, the ones that stay on the car, in order to maintain good contact pressure. But they last a long time without maintainance. The ones on the batery's will last the life of the battery.
