I just finished building a Team Losi XXX-T Matt Francis 2. This is the first kit that I ever built and I need a little help. Perticulary with the Diff and Transmission. I followed the directions on building and tightning the Diff/Slipper clutch. When I turn the right wheel, the spur and left tire spin with it and if I hold the spur the left spins in the opposite direction. The problem is with a noise. When I turn the wheels it makes a "clicking" noise. It is very smooth though. It is not as smooth and feel rough when I am holding the spur and letting it turn in the opposite direction. Is this normal or do I need to rebuild it all? There is no equipment in the truck(Motor/Servo/ESC)

The rough feel when you hold the spur while turning a wheel is normal. The clicking sounds a bit strange, if it rides smooth then it should be fine.

spin the spur and see if the slipper plate is shitting the motor plate, if it is you need a spacer or 2 in there to keep the slipper plate off the motor plate. its pretty common in losi's, my old MF did it and my dads bk/mf did it. but my bk2 didn't do it. but any way if its not that you might have some scrap of plastic in the gears on the inside.

Not familiar with the xxx models of Losi but a few things to help and diff be smooth is properly preparing it. Some don't have this step but in a diff building assembly can help. Use a piece of 220 sandpaper and sand each diff of the diff rings - the diff balls may slip and not girp the smooth face of the diff rings but roughing it allows the diff ball to grid. A newly built tranny and diff will feel rough right after building or the first couple of runs, I sometimes place the vehicle on a stand that keeps tires from touching then using an old motor and 4cell pack run it to allow gear teeth and diff to break in. After one pack I check the feel and run or adjust everything. Some may require a slight adjustment after running or doing a breakin.
Some trannies by different manufacturers do have a distinctive noise that's normal, some can be caused by gears not messing properly or slipper or trannin too tight or too lose. Take the cover off one side of tranny, try spinning one of the outdrives, noting if any of the gears as messing correctly.
With the older 6gear and earlier Stealth & Losi trannies the gear mesh was a bit tight, use a triangle shaped file - spinning the gears then noting (marking) the position that gears came to rest - if it continues to comes at some position that tooth may note be true - file a little of the edge. That little extra work can make the tranny quietier and smoother. While this may not always be the problem once in awhile you do get parts that aren't perfectly true.
