Hole lining

I have cut a hole in the passenger window of my body to i can get to the recoil, but im fraying the cord on the edges, i have seen people using fuel slit down the lenght to cover up the edge - but when i try it, it just falls off

- do you guys glue it on? if so, what do you use?

Try using some shoe goo.

You should use shoe goo to glue it on. You can get shoe goo from auto or hardware stores. Unless your LHS has it.
