"Adventures at Hobby Town" Part 3-

After emailing Novak directly about my millenium/Hobby Town problem they contacted me within 12 hours. A new Millenium is on the way, as we speak, to my local Hobby Town, thanks entirely to Novak!!!

At this point i have to give big -->PROPS<-- to Jackie at Novak customer service. Novak knows how to treat their customers!! They honestly made my day. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

From now on, i will only purchase Novak products, they have more than earned my business.

Just not from the local "unfriendly" Hobby Town right?

Make sure that Hobby Town knows it is coming and doesn't even open the box before you get there. Tell them you want a call when UPS shows up with the Novak box or you will refuse to take it.

They might get all bitter and drop it or something otherwise. Afterall if they treated you this bad before I figure they could easily try to nail you again.

I just have to say that you have class becasuse most people wouldnt have gone back on this forum and explain that thier problems got solved.Novak really stepped up to the plate when the other team dropped the ball.I hope you have no further problems.

Novak does rule, its like they have costomer service 24/7. i e mailed them about an esc and i got a full reply the next day!

its not hobby town its the employees. i could care less for any of the employees at my hobby town but jimmy, is open hell talk to any one. give the best help and acts like he doent have toleave as soon as you start to get some help. every one else there only acts like jimmy does to there friends. other than that so bad. when i first bought my 'cr' i went up there to buy like the charger and junk i was planningt o spend around $110. and jimmy was there and gave me like $30 in discounts and junk. hes cool. i only wond up spending like $70 or 75.

you get good employees its a great lhs, if not its as bad as the over priced stuff they sell.
