Anyone ever head of Blue Bird Models?

I saw an ad in the back of a magazine for some servos. Being an offroad guy, one of them caught my eye being labled "water proof". The ad says "Blue Bird Technology" and it gives the web address http://www.blue-bird-models.com - you can see some of the servo specs there, but there's no information about where to buy them. I have sent them an email, but I was wondering if anyone on here had ever heard of them, or seen/used one of their products.

The eye catching servo:

Torque: 181 oz-in

On the web site it states those are the 4.8 volt torque and speed numbers, but it doesn't give 6 volt numbers. I'm having visions of these things in my MGT....

Actually, someone on another forum told me they have a servo made by these people in an onroad, but they haven't tried it yet. Said he bought it because the low price caught his eye. He hasn't posted where he got it from yet though.

I've got a bluebird 'super speed' servo for my landmax. I've not run it yet but iwill let you know how i get on with it later this week.

They defidently are located in east asia somewhere, and the english isn't real great. But if the servo's are half of what they claim...

my servo was 'made in taiwan'.The servo has rubber gaskets throughout,bar where the cable enters the servo housing.This is 'sealed' with silicone type sealant and looks a bit cheap when compared against a futaba,which has a nice rubber grommet. Still for £35 i aint that bothered.
