(i live in punta gorda fl, about 6 miles from port charlotte) where the eye came through.

if you look to the verry right of this pic and u see all the pine trees..... at the end of the storm they are all gone.

bunches of people came up here to columbus, ga and phenix city al. there's not a hotel room to be found at the moment. i have some family that had to evacuate too. i hope that everyone has a house to go back to after this one 'cause it's going to be nasty.
