I would like to know what the difference is beetween Factory drivers, and Sponsered drivers. Which one makes a pay check?

They're pretty much one in the same. I guess some drivers are generally referred to as "factory" drivers when their primary sponsor is a car manufacturer, and/or when they work directly for the manufacturer. When someone uses the terms "factory" or "sponsored" they're basically saying the same thing. One caveat - the 50-percent sponsorship. Drivers with what's called a "50-percent" ride aren't really sponsored in the traditional sense. They are able to buy parts at a reduced price, but the manufacturer is still selling them parts.
