I think close to 25% of my paycheck every month goes to my R/C hobby... and yes, it hurts.

first on my list is a chassis set that upgrades the ta-02 drastically to a ta-03, then i can start buying anodized parts to replace. new ESC new D4copper 9T3 engine new tiers blablalbla prolly 250$.. heh gonna be fun tho and super duper fast :)

Yeah it hurts to see the money come to your hand then to someone else's! What I do is set a amount I can spend during a month which is smart and I have Gas money to get to the local track! 200$ a month is my limit. Most of the time I don't hit the 200$ mark....its more like 120$.
If your having trouble with money just set yourself a price that you don't want to go over by the end of the month...its gonna be hard not to buy those trick parts you don't really need! :D Believe me I still have to slap myself when going neer those pricy parts!

Well its a new month. Time to see what I need now. LOL

lol i started a good post ^_^ go me! whats gonna be even worse is im gonna try to get a job at my LHS. :) that wont help me at all with conserving money. Its hard enough with the clothes i buy being 30-50$ a shirt. 40-60$ for pair of pants (abercrombie) dont forget my running shoes i have to buy after i wear each pair out. Bah o well life is good :)
