Losi XXX car -> truck conversion?

Okay, I used to race way back when (10 years ago) and back then, you could buy truck conversion kits for the Losi cars (then the JrX 2 and JrX Pro). If I remember, the kit had a truck body, wheels, tires, and truck suspension.

I am getting back into driving and I was trying to determine if they still make the conversion kit. Losi's web page did not have any info. Are the
truck and car chassis still the same? Basically, can I convert the XXX to a XXX NT?

No one makes a conversion kit, and the buggy and truck chassis are different but only in the terms of overall length. The buggy chasis is shorter than the truck chasis. I suppose you could do a conversion but you would have to buy new shocks (trucks are longer), new chasis or stick with the shorter chasis, new arms, shock towers, axles. I do believe the front bulkhead, kick plate, rear blocks, tranny are all the same, but the buggy uses different front caster blocks and hubs than the truck. It would probably be cheaper just to buy a new XXXT rather than try to convert your buggy. You cannot however convert the XXX to the XXXNT virtually all the parts are different. Hope this will help.
