It is? i dont wanna have my parents pay a huge bill when i call them, I need to call them ASAP about my order.

What's the number? If it's an 800 or an 888 number, than yes, it is toll-free. Make sure that it is one of those two.
There may be other's, but I've heard of scams when people had an 862 number or so, and said it was toll-free (not that a hobby store would do that).

866 and 877 are also toll free "area codes". My personal "800" number begins with "877". There may also be others, but you get the general idea.

I usually order from the net with them, and i'm not sure about the toll free thing, and it wonm;t cost much.. i guess your name does fit you, hehe (no offence)

i work there. and the 800 number is for orders only.. not talk for 10 minutes then order :) :) :) just be curteous and remember we are paying for the 800 number so u can ORDER stuff.. meaning part numbers in hand and knowing what u want.

I didnt find a 800 number, oh well, my parents can pay for the phone call, we just dont use long distance at all so we dont have a long distance carrier, so the bill might be an extra few bux this month :eek: they got a bus load of money, i dont so its their problem now it makes sense right?

i like ordering from you guys(ace) , but you guys don;t have much stuff on your web(you do, but you don;t update alot of stuff) and you guys are freindly, but once my order came in three weeks while my other orders come in 1 week, it was a llong time ago, kinda weird
