Does anyone know how to repair worn A-arms so that there isn't play in the hinge pin holes? If not does anyone know any magazines or sites they talk about repairing nylon pecies like A-arms?

There really is no "Good" repair, but I have tried a few things, mostly as experiments (becasue replacement parts were readily available, and I was just tinkering).
Take the arm off of the car/truck. It is easier if you are working with just the arm, nothing hanging off it, etc
Put the hinge pin back in the loose arm hole and center it (you will need at least one side with exposed hinge pin. Just enough to grab onto with pliers, etc). Now drip CA in the hole around the pin. I use thin CA, but be careful, thin stuff is MAD crazy to work with. It gets EVERYWHERE. You will need to be really really careful and just get enough in to surround the pin inside the holes.
Let the CA cure/dry and then clamp vice grips, or similar tool on oneend of the hinge pin and rotate. This *should* break the pin free from the CA and it will be easily removeable. Now you arm holes are just the perfect size.
I have always used a clean hinge pin, but an oiled one may work better. I know that the oils in our skin actually act as a "kicker" to the CA and cause it to cure super fast, so I am not sure. You will have to experiment.
I hope this helps. BTW, I don't recommend this if you have no way of replacing the part. It might be a bit risky even though it has worked for me every time.
