I would check E bay .They pop up there often for about 30-50.00 for a used one.

Water Dog, I've never heard of a .15 outboard. Are you sure you aren't thinking of a .21 outboard?

The Lazer Line Tunnel by ABC had a Dynamite .12SPD OB. It was a regular buggy motor mounted to a ABC lower unit and used a belt drive. I didn't hear very good things. And only would a .15 mount on a OB lower leg if there was an adapter PTO and I have never seen one. Why not just fun the .21? They are not that strong to begin with.
