Ok guys i need help on deciding to bid on an ebay item

it's good for $20 but it's dirty has bad tires and is missing a body post so i wouldn't go over 50 or 60 bucks

ya, i dont bid on any thing unless it has or picture, and if it doesnt new in package. if neither of those too, you odnt know what your getting into
