There is a mustang body, 200mm and idk what year it is...too lazy to look. I would deffinatley buy it cuz the mustang is my favorite car. I dont get how they can make those classic car bodies for mt's but hardly and mustangs or muscle car bodies for on road.

Thats a good question! Parma makes a new ford mustang body (the NEW body) so go to tower hobbies and search for parma bodies :)

The new Parma body is the new 2005 style DEW98 platform. The HPI Saleen body is the SN99 body style (1999-2004) and would most closely approximate the 2003 Cobra look you're going for. The main difference being the ground effects lip across the bottom, but I suppose you could trim that off for an unadulterated Mustang Cobra look.

well the new cobra has a agressive front end that just sreams dont mess with me. I just love the front cause of the way it looks wider than other mustang cobras and gt's. I think if tamiya made that body it would be sick.

Yep, the 03-04 Cobra has the larger opening in the front bumper for the intercooler. Gotta love a 4.6L DOHC with a Eaton. :D I just wish the stock GT didn't have those damn stamped connecting rods. I don't trust driving my dad's convertable because of that. I'll stick to my pushrod 5.0 thank you very much. :D

Yep, 4 sets of rears and the same fronts. But the good news is, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

It's a 1992 Body, but the motor is a 1991 because of the Forged pistons. As for mods, its got Mac unequal length headders, weld-in Flowmasters, BBK Underdrive pullies, and a K&N Filter, that's it. I've got a set of 3.55 gears for the rear end, but I've been way to busy to install them. Hopefully within the week I'll have it done. The best it's ran in the 1/4 is 14.2 @ 100.67, and that was on bald Hoosier tires, no underdrive pullies, and before I rebuilt the motor.

I HATE Hoosiers!
Get on a race track (ones with turns) and you sure as hell wont...If these are the hoosiers I am thinking of that is.

Get on a racetrack (ones with only left turns) and you sure as hell will! Try to keep air in them. I swear those tires are possesed by the devil!

Yea, the Hoosiers suck. I had a set of them (like I said) and they SUCKED.
And AYK Driver, no HP ratings yet, but I'm gonna have it dynoed here soon, hoping for somewhere around 275-300 after the port job on the heads, 1.7 Roller Rockers, Cobra Intake, H-Pipe, and a B303 cam.

Stamped Con Rods?!! I've never heard of such a thing, LOL. On ANY Mustang GT, stock or otherwise. They've been made of a Powered Aluminum Forging as far back as I can remember.

For tires i prefer BF Goodrich or some yokohamas, one of my friends brother has a sweet 5.0, painted Maroon with some sweet shoes.
