i am looking at getting a mini t from losi for banging around in the yard and what not....thing is i so so many aftermarket parts and single parts from losi i think it would be cheaper to just build it from scratch....does any one out there have the diagram book or something of the sort that would show me just what i would need to get and how it all goes together??

Do you need all aftermarket parts just to bash in your yard?

i do have a few hard core t friends that have inspired me to build one up....we have a dirt course in a local field that we all run around and i wanna get something built up that will handle it nicely...tired or borrowing one of theirs to run

I would suggest just getting the actual mini T itself. You may be able to find a cheap one on ebay, and then upgrade it as you go. I'm sure the stock truck will hold up to bashing for a while, and if you wanna go faster, get a hotter motor and/or esc. And if you still see a need to upgrade chassis parts or what have you, go out and get those parts. I think it'd be more expensive to build one out of solely upgrade parts, but you never know. Raid ebay and see what you can find.:D

I'm sure it can. And if it does break, then get the upgrade parts for it or a new part. I put my T3 through total hell. I run over rocks the size of people's heads and keep it on chuggin. Land at all sorts of weird angles and what not. Where you're racing, is it rocky? Or is it nice dirt that isn't full of rocks and debris? If there are large rocks..then the Mini T might not hold up so well. Hope ya find some stuff to make your truck! :)
