Can't join chat. Please help

I set up my profile, got my activation key, and all and I still can't seem to chat. Here's the message I get....
LOGIN STATUS: The IP address is blocked by the eShare Expressions Server!
What does that mean? I haven't even begun to chat and I've already been blocked??? http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/confused.gif
