I'm painting my first body and I've made my own masks using sticker paper and have made small flames to go on the corners of the truck. two on each side of the back of the truck's side and two in the front corners of the hood. Problem is the flame on the left front corner of the hood has bleed and ran under the tape/mask. how can i fix this without ruining the overall body. What happens to the flames(orange) if I just spray over the whole body with the blue paint I want to use? All help with be hugely appreciated!

And I have read back threads to get help first but I was thinking this is kinda different from the other cuz just the one corner got messed up. thanks.

oh, and i'm using Tamiya Color for polycarbonate (lexan) spray cans.

With out seeing a picture,I would tell you to use a Q-tip with some wax & grease remover (or lexan safe cleaner) to clean up the bleeds. I would then spray a back coating of white then silver before spraying the blue on the rest of the body. White to make the orange pop in color then silver to protect the white from absorbing any of the blue.

hope this helps

thanks 1DVSRCR...after re-reading some other threads on this type of problem I tried Nail Polish Remover in small amounts with some elbow grease and voila! it started to come off ... so now I have to get to work and remove as much as i can but Nail Polish Remover does work. oh yeah, the body is a brand new Pro-Line H2 Hummer SUT. hopefully it works all the way and everything goes as pictured in my mind.
