whats a tire truer do

what does it do. are there any cheap ones less than 100 bucks?

i can pretty much tell u that ya dont need one. considering u dont kno what they are. if u knew u may have a use.

They are used for 1/8scale and 1/10 scale onroad cars that use foam tires. as the tires wear u use the truer to keep everyting even and at the angle u want. they are all over a 100 dollars. and the only way to go is Hudy.
