Radio Question (Hitec Lynx 3D)

I have a Lynx 3D that came on Channel 66 (75 Mhz). I need to get another receiver for my second car... do I need 75 Mhz specific, or just any FM receiver as long as I use the proper crystals?

Sorry for the stupid question, this is my first leap from AM to FM.

yes you do need a 75mhz receiver..you also need one that is compatible with hitec....
