PLease Help me i am wondering what new car i should get. I am going to be running in an open fireld with short grass in some arreas and sometimes dusty and others muddy. I have narrowed my search down to the HPI NMT, Traxxas Nitro Rustler, HPI Rush, also what is traxxas's fastest vehicle? http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/confused.gif

HPI NMT!!!!!! Just make sure you boil the arms first. I don't have one but have seen it move, and IT MOVES!!!

I have the NMT and it rocks. I put an OS .15 CV engine in it and it is almost too fast for me, it is too fast on-road, off-road it is a lot of power!!!

My local hobby shop stocks lots of HPI products, so fixes are quick. I personally don't like the stock carb on the RTR model. ALso they have problems with the stock flywheel. I replaced it first with the lightweight flywheel, but have just switched to robinson racing's vented model and like it a lot!

I recommend from the start, fiber break wheel, and the racing clutch, the stock clutch with it's little springs is a pain!

Go for the NMT it is really great!

If I remember correctly if you boil the arms it will make them less likely to snap. I thinking it makes them a little more flexible/pliable. You want them to absorb as much energy/impacts before they break. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me. But I am pretty sure I am correct.

Traxxas' fastest off road car is the N Rustler, the fastest traxxas in general is the N 4TEC.

I would go with the HPI NMT

You could boil your shoe if you wanted, but I don't think it would help anything...
