I need help with my ko propo radio

My radio says "memory error" everytime I turn it on. What did I do, and how do I fix it.

Ugh, that could be bad. I've never had to deal with that problem personally(I've been using KO radios for over 12 years), but it sounds like the radio's main processor may have gone dead. I believe that's what happened to one of my friend's EX-11's, & he said that the service people found a bad processor. That could get expensive, unless its a warranty repair.... :(
