How often do you rebuilt your shock oil ?

Dude, you don't rebuild shocks oil ;)

I presume you mean shocks; I rebuild them when ever they need it. Just check the shocks, and if they don't feel right, then I refill them. It's usually every month or two :)

i replace my shock oil whenever it feels lighter than normal. but to check if u need to rebuild your shocks, compress the shocks and see if theres a lil ring where the shock stopped. when i rebuild my shocks, i usually replace oil, o rings and cartridges[only have cartridges on losi style shocks]

when you rebuild shocks including seals you should also replace the shafts. no point really on putting worn out shafts in new seals.

It is also good if you prop your chassis so that the wheels dont touch the ground. This way, you prolong shock life.

I do this religusly :p its actually for the springs to stay in their natural stage instead of slightly copressed because they will start softening up eventually and wont perform.

You should rebuild them whenever you notice oil on the shock shafts. This means that the oil is leaking. This depends on how much you race/bash. Just look for leaking shock fluid, and rebuild then.
