Do any of you guys know any trick to glueing tires without any gaps between wheel and tire. I can never get mine to come out right.

Well, you might try something like Hobbytech's(or RPM's) tire mounting jig, they hold the tire bead open just enough(& apply equal pressure all around) to let the CA glue flow in & spread throughout the tire bead, & they do it without you risking getting it on your hands. After you take the wheel & tire out of the jig, it's a good idea to wrap a rubber band around the tire near where you just glued, & then seal it with an extra layer of glue. I've been doing it that way for some time, & it works very nicely, without making a huge mess to boot..... :)

I use the 'slow' formula CA glues. I seat the tire on the rim properly. Then I pick up an edge, and dribble a little slow CA into the bead of the rim, and then set the tire back in. I do this on 4 points on the wheel. Once I have glued the 4th point, I then roll the tire back and forth on the table with my hand.
I have never had a gap problem, and the slow CA allows plenty of time to re-seat the tire bead.
