Hitec/futaba/airtronics connectors?

Will all different radio connectors work on other brads radios? I trimmed the side of futaba connector to fit a hitec reciever. What I wanted to know, does an airtronics connector fit in a futaba reciever?

I think so. But a futaba will not fit in an airtronics reciever.

^ ^ And switched the wiring around. There is a positive, negative, and signal wire, and if the sequence of the ESC or servo(s) does not match the receiver you could damage the receiver or connected component. It's a pretty easy fix; here's a quick look at how it's done from Novak's site (http://www.teamnovak.com/How_to/harness/Input.htm).

To match up the wires with any receiver - look where the +, -, and signal wires are at the coloring of your current ESC or servo (or the RX manual,) then on the one you want to use just slide out the bullet pins from the connector, rearrange them, and you are good to go.
