I go to NC State University and our school is famous for its vast expanses of bricks. Well I run my car out in the "brickyard" which is a smooth brick surface. I currently have Proline V-Rage tires that came with my TC3, but they are not grippy enough for the surface and the car spins out frequently.
Can you recommend a good set of 26mm tires to get for my TC3? Would HPI's X-Radials work for this application?

do you have inserts???
if not you might wanna look into to some...
also if theirs a hobbyshop around your college it would be best ask them
better yet, there has to be somebody else at your college who rc's, see what tires they use!!
hope this helps

Yes, I use foam inserts that came with the TC3.

sorry to be the one to tell you but you might just have to be the one to fined out
depending on the temp traction on those bricks will change like night and day. on top of that you have the grote in between each one of the bricks
just try

I would say a good starting point would be a a soft compound belted tire. Go to pro-lines or bolinks web site and see what they have. They should have a compound chart or something to help you out.

There is no grout between the bricks. The bricks are just layed in place end to end, side to side.
