What kind of blue paint was used in this picture?

Can anyone please tell me what kind of blue paint was used to in this picture? I really like that blue color but i don't know what kind of blue or paint it is.

i believe that's pactra true blue pearl, i just used some on a 1/8 i did, very nice, deep color.

Yes, that is true blue pearl. Lay it on heavy though. It's a very light color unless you put on many coats. It's one of my favorite colors.
