Treadz Tires

Has anyone used or owned Treadz preglued tires? If so, what are your thoughts on them? Do they provide good grip? I am mainly interested in the 1/10 truck tires pre glued racing tires, but any info on how good the glue joint is or anything would be helpful. Thanks.

P.S. Was there a product review of them in a mag or will there be? Thanks.

I dont own them but Treadz guarantees that they won't come unglued. And the traction depends on which tread you choose.

i used there 1/8th scale tires , they were hooked up , haven't tried the 1/10th tires they don't offer many different tread patterns yet.

I haven't used the Treadz line of tires personally, but @ my lhs everyone that has Nitro TCs use them and love them. Every race weekend the hobby shop sells out of them. Just my $.02.

Best think to hit this hobby in some time. My friend an I both use them on our nitro touring cars and we have no complaints...Judging by the quality of the tc tires I would recommend trying a set for off-road. Let us know how they work.

They are the same tyres as GRP, which you can get very cheap from Germany (at least for 1/8 offroad, only $30 for 4 glued tyres on rims) at http://www.cmc-versand.de

Thanks for the responses. I am going to try them out on my stock truck(T3), and I think i am also going to try them out on whatever electric TC i decide on getting.

I actually just picked up my TC3 today and I got a set of Treadz slicks inthe softest compound. They feel pretty sticky but i have not tried them yet.
