'Wind Tunnel' with Dave Despain has a bit on RC off-road racing tonight. He also has a 1/8 buggy on his desk.

They had an RC motorcycle race on Two Wheel Tuesday last light. ;) It was only a couple minutes, but it was nice to see.

yup, rc looks like it is getting more poblicity(sp) might not be such a rare hobby in the future

wow..took them over 10 years to bring RC back to TV*. Anyway, did anyone catch that E-Maxx (blue traxxas body with no decals) with foams? I never knew that made em that big until then.

* If anyone remembers the Bigfoot monster truck tv show, there was a segment where these kids would run RC trucks through a obstacle course. Complete with mines. No joke.
I cant seem to find links to tv shows during this time,even the cartoons.

seems like the sport of paintball is growing at the same rate as RC, I've seen the NPPL 7 (national paintball players league) on tv once and hopefully they will show it again, so I'm rooting for both hobby's/sports

Yeah, I caught the mororcycle RC racing on 2wheel tuesday, thought it was pretty cool.

Someone needs to open a local shop that sold RC stuff and Paintball stuff. That would be the ultimate guys shop. :D

popular hot rodding shows alot of r/c

usually at the end of there episodes they show off some hpi rs4mts and a rush...havnt seen a savage yet

my lhs does, but all they have is cheap stuff for VERY high prices.. so I guess it dosen't really count. but yea, a paintball store and a lhs combined into one shop will be awasome :D
