Started this late Friday/early Sat, finished the silver Sat afternoon. Still needs a bit of trimming to clear the rear shock towers. Messed up a spot (intentionally hidden) so this is my bashing body.

Since the body is covered with an overspray film I sketched the line using a marker on the outside of the body. I masked it and painted the line using black acrylic paint and a brush along the masking line, leaving a rough edge on one side and a sharp one on the other. Downside is that acrylic does not adhere to the lexan as well as the polycarb paints, so I kept the line relatively thin. I let it dry, then sprayed the blue. First coat was VERY light so that it didn't affect the acrylic paint. I think I have about 5 coats of blue. I removed the mask for the rear portion and sprayed about 6-7 coats of silver covering everything including the blue.
***you can spray the black line using the can, but you would have to mask off both sides, spray it, unmask when dry and spray the blue...
I used tamiya paint cans + acrylic... my main problem was keeping the pressure up in the cans when spraying outside at 3AM.

Looks good but what happened to all the decals? It doesn't really matter. Keep up the good work!

Didn't have the time to do that, yet... I'm actually doing that right now while I'm browsing :D
As for the rims... yeah, they are the stock items, just painted gloss black. It was done by the previous owner, and I bought it as a roller last September. I will do the same to my next set though... :D
