I have 6 RC cars and all of them have Novak ESC's. Me and my big hands don't match very well with the itty bitty Novak on/off switches. I broke 3 of the tabs, which was no problem because I just used a body pin to switch it on and off. Well one day, 2 of the switches were stuck in the on position! No prob again, just unplugged the battery. Heh, well one day I forgot to unplug the battery and ran off to marshall! And of course, glitch, car go zooooooom off table, President of track said I can't race again until I fixed it. Went to LHS, all they had were these 6 pronged switches and I couldn't figure out how to solder the wires right. So I sent an email to Novak asking to buy 2...they asked for my addy and sent me 3 for free! No questions asked and very courteous customer service! Thanks Novak!
