Are there any companies other than airtronics that make radios with black lights? An M8 with the black light costs too much for me, I just race on saturdays and it's "under the lights" racing at my local track and I want a computer radio with a black light. please help.

I think what you are looking for is a BACK light....a black light is something all together different. I do believe the M8 Special Edition is the only one though.

You could add an LED projecting onto the display, or maybe even inside the case but I have idea if that would be effective.

to add onto that idea it is possible to make an lcd screen glow. My cousin's gameboy advance was some how modified so you could play it in the dark. How it was done, i have no clue.

The Futaba 3PK and the KO Propo Helios radios also have back lights. But they're also around the price range of the Airtronics M8.
