My little bro races his rc10gt onroad at the local hobbytown parking lot races, i race nitro touring cars. When ever he gets his tires hot and sticky, the truck starts 3wheelin thru turns, how can i stop this
i thought about using fuel tubing on the shock shafts making them like a travel limiter or bump stop

Swaybars would help limit chassis roll, as would stiffer springs and thicker oil. An off-road spring and oil setup would lead to much chassis roll on pavement. Is the truck lowered or is it off-road height?

Try to lower the truck as much as possible... thicker weight shock oil and stiffer springs as well. If he is running on-road i would reccomend some kind of on-road tire that has a very small tire sidewall to bring the ride height down even more. with stiff springs you can get rid of the shock spacers and that will bring the truck much lower.

Oil controls the speed at which the shocks move, not suspension. That is what springs are for.
Setting up a GT for on-road is more complex than a one-change fix, you can fiddle with springs, shock angles, ride height, all kinds of things. Since you didn't specify which wheel is going airborne, I'm going to assume it's the rear wheel in the inside of the turn, and that tells you one thing: in a turn, your outside front shock spring is compressing hard enough for it to take a leak (Like a dog; it's a local joke, sorry. :D ) Two things to do, in this order. Put HEAVIER SPRINGS up front, and if that doesn't fix it, try the innermost shock hole on top, and outermost on the A-Arm, to flatten the shock angle.
EDIT: As for oil, the reason you use such a variation of oil weights off-road is to compensate for different track surfaces. A bumpy track, use light oil to allow the shocks to react FASTER and keep all four wheels on the ground.
So for on-road, you don't need a real fast suspension, use weights of 40 or above all around.
