Bubba Rub expressed profound enthusiam as he imitated the sound of the whistle tip installed in his car. Today, forum goers and counterstrike players unite and express their adamant joy of happiness or victory by saying "w00t" w00t is spelled with two zeros indicating the influence of 1337 speak.
