The only change between those available in US and Europe may be the input voltage or circuitry. Either try a search from your web brouser using the words battery charger or rc battery chargers it may help refine your results by using RC. While several online sites ship overseas, using currency exchange rate some chargers sold in US aren't set for european currents. Try seaching for Duratrax, Integy, LRP or Quantum, Orion, Robitronics, Schumacher and maybe Yokomo. All then that will be needed is checking the features, prices that suit your needs.

Do you have a car? Like a 1:1 car? If so, then pick up any high end charger from the US and charge it off the car battery. I believe all vehicles use the same 12 volt electrical system (except the military, 24 volts). That'd be the easiest way to go, and since most chargers (most electronics period) prefer DC power, you'll get a better charger...If not, maybe you could find some power supplies that fit into your wall outlets and convert AC to DC? Then you could still run a US spec charger.

Get the MRC 969. It's dual voltage and does both 50 mhz and 60 mhz so it doesn't give false readings or charging because of the voltage going into it.
