I plan to upgrade my TC3 with threaded shock bodies. I've had the composite VCS shocks for over a year and a half and originally planned to buy the complete $50.00 threaded shock body kit. Should I get the entire kit or just the bodies and transfer the parts? I'll post some pics of my shocks later. I haven't had any leakage problems and the shafts have minimal scratches.

Thanks

Sorry for the poor quality - it's hard to get it focused. How can I place images on the post without a link?

I'd say the best way to go is buy the complete kit. If you bought just the shock body you'd need the collar, caps (blue alum), rebuild kit and possibly replacement shafts (for those that may be bent or scratched). In the end you'd end up paying about the same in individual parts vs the whole kit.
I purchased a kit to use on the 10L3 & 4 cars can't remember if it had the composite shock cap or the aluminum team shock caps but I bought a set of 4 shock caps. My TC3 was the Team version with the blue unthreaded shock bodies - when I do upgrade it will be with the threaded shock bodies only and a shock rebuild kit or go for the kit so I'll have an extra set just in case.
