posche - Since the mini-T is pretty new, there are still limited upgrades for it. Check out horizonhobbies.com, and (I think) StormerHobbies.com, they are distributors for Losi parts. I don't even know if there's a brushless system for the Mini-T, but yeah, a brushless system for 1/10 cars requires a specialized ESC and the entire system will run in the $200 range. Check out teamnovak.com for some ideas on B/L sytems.

Agreed, it's a great site to find lots of stuff.....

....except anything made by Losi themselves. You have to go to www.horizonhobby.com for that. Has everything you could want, but the search engine blows. I haven't found a retail site yet that's as easy as Tower is to navigate.

- yeah, but they stock: tyres, bruchless motors/esc, 100s of shocks and 8th bodys (so you should be able to find some that fit) - and thats 5 of the 6 things hes asking about, and its not my fault no-ones made a lighter chassis fot the mini is it :eek:

You can get a brushless system for the minit for about 150$ from www.castlecreations.com (i think thats it). Its called the mamba (again, i think thats it).

For the stuff you listed, you're looking in the 225-300$ price range.

To get goin 50, around 300. To keep it going 50, LOTS of money. I only hit a top of 30 and iv gone threw 3 chassis', and a whole new front end... thats only from the 4 days of driving. Right now its waiting for some new shock oil and servo saver for my 81MG.

Also, the mini-t is fairly new still yes... but limited on hops no. Bout the only thing i can really think of so far thats not been truely hoped yet is the Slipper (mines locked waiting for ACUALL slippers) and spur gears. I know you can mod one to fit, but there arnt any (that i know of... its been awhile from mini-t parts.) direct replacement. I know there are a few ball diffs out now, and some graphite chassis parts too. So theres not really a short of hops.

Also, any brushless will fit... you just need the right tools. If you just go with the 280 or 300, you need just a new plate. If you go any bigger you can eather fab your own plate or just hack the stock one. But a 280 bl and some li-pos will get 50 easy.

what about it? Nothin in it entails anything about anything falling off... you've confused me. If you ment the part about me going threw 3 chassis' im saying, i only hit a top of 30, yet when i crash, i CRASH. Iv hit a mail box (same one) from 3 feet, and at full speed, and broke two chassis' because of it. Then just landed wrong on a jump to break the third. So overall i was just saying 30 is maga lethal to these, your wanting to go 50... your going to need some heavy duty spair parts. And no alum wont save you... its worse... it bends...
