I bought a chassis from them, took a week to get here, but no complaints overall.

though the product itself could have better instructions.

Just slow shipping then? Is tower better?

yes, tower is better, for me atleast. I get my stuff from tower in 3 days with normal ground shipping and it allways comes with some coupons and a catalog.

Your in Texas right? Im in Missouri so I should get stuff one day sooner out of Illinois.
