Converting my well used Firebird's damaged V tail assembly (bottom horn right elevon took a lot of bad landings).So am desinging a T tail and would appriciate rudder, stab areas
as a percent of wing area. Im am in the ballpark I think with 8% rudder and 17% stab. Stock V tail area is 20% of wing which is 122 sq/in.
Will use rudder that also pulls up elevator a slight amount with a rubber band return for neutral elevator. Any thoughts?
