Hello, I am kinda new to this electric car thing, and I have one question. I have a duratrax intellipeak charger and I want to know what is the maximum cells I can charge. I look in the manual and it says 4-8 cells AC, and 4-7 cells DC. I am confused between this AC and DC thing, I just want to know how many cells I can safely charge. Thank you.

According to the numbers you have written you can charge up to 8 cells if you plug it in the wall or 7 cells if you put charge it off of your car battery or a seperate power supply.

you can charge anywhere from 4-8 cells using an AC (wall outlet) power source. Youcan do anywhere from 4-7 clls using a dc power source (car battery or power supply that converts ac to dc)
