help with servos..

for my aeromarine tunnel would the JR z270 standerd race servo work for my throddle? and then JR 590M torque rac servo for my steering?

Unfortunately, I don't know the specs on your servos. What I do know is that a standard servo usually will work for the throttle. As for the steering, I'm assuming you have an outboard. This means you need as much torque as you can fit in your radio box.
I would love to refer you to Jerry Dunlap, since he designs, builds and races tunnel hulls, but I don't have his address. He can, however, be reached through RC Boat Modeler Magazine. I would recommend no smaller than 100 inch-oz servo.
