I have two motors with 4.1 gearing and seven inch props made by kavan. I got them from a clearance sale at Hobby Lobby International.

I would like ti use the motors in a twin project, but I am stuck on what to build.

I have a Hitec Feather, two HS-50's and also two Rayovac Nimh from Walmart.

I would love to hear any semi scale suggestions.

Any suggestions would be great.

All of your gear goes together except the 9v batteries. I'm not sure 150mAh will be enough to power a twin.

That aside. I've always been a fan of the Mitchell or Liberator B-24/25 planes.

Any recommendations on cells? I'm partial to the B-25 myself.

I don't know enough about your motors to reccomend cells. If you were using 2 GWS morors I'd say 8x720 NiMh pack (AAA batteries) with morors in parallel.

Pls use GWS IPS gear-drive at most 7.2V only. Over drive will casue motor damaged!

Under heavy load, GWS has an optional heat-sink to improve heat built up. Run cooler and constantly with better power out put. :)
