I believe JST is a Japanese company that specializes in making connectors. The JST connectors you have heard about are just one of many they make. The really tiny ones are sold by Todd's Models, Cloud-9 RC, and Dave Lewis Homefly and are what are used on the Sky Hooks and Rigging extremely light indoor receivers and the JMP speed controls from France. I can't tell you what JST stands for, maybe someone else can.

Hi,
at the WES-Technik page ( http://www.idnet.de/~scholl/Englisch/wires_connectors.htm (http://www.idnet.de/homepage/scholl/Englisch/wires__connectors.htm) is a picture. There is also a red 2-pin version that is good for slow-flyer batteries.
