Took a look at the property yesterday and although it was nice...it was just a tad (30 kms) too far for my commute. It would have been almost a 2hr commute WITHOUT traffic. The pond and workshop (oh, the workshop was sweet) were nice and made me think very hard on this one, but the commute would just be too much.
The wife thinks that this means my hunt for a property with a pond is over (:eek: ) but we'll just keep this a little secret shall we.
I have even contacted some people in the area where I'm looking that will find a spring on your land and custom dig you a pond. Not bad rates either if you don't need them to haul away the fill. I'd just use that to build a track for my truck.
