I am assuming you are not in the states, so saloon = sedan correct?
You could go with a rally conversion TC3 or an HPI RS4 Rally. They'll have a bit more ground clearence... but I don't think you'll do too well. Stadium trucks and buggies aren't even all that great at getting through grass.
Another option is to go the custom 4WD buggy route. A few people have done it with TC3's. It comes out a bit like a Losi XXX4. That may be a better ticket than going rally.

do u mean a saleen body? If thats what you meant, then you have to give a model name before anyone can really help you.

No, I'm pretty sure he means 'saloon', which is what they call sedans in the UK (They also drive on the wrong side of the road: Freaks).
You can get some decent rally action out of a touring car, but they just don't have the ground clearance or suspension to get really rugged. Which car do you have?

I think Schumacher made rally versions of a couple of their TCs, not sure if the SST got that treatment or how good they were.
Tamiya, HPI, Kyosho make rally-ready versions of touring cars, and many others can be converted. Unfortunately, not all are really suited for it: The chassis may not be up to it, suspension may not be able to work like you need, or the drivetrain may be too exposed.

I wouldn't go over grass although I do.(That didn't make sence) If you car is heavy enough to push the grass down like mine and get traction it's fine. I also jump my touring car, it's fun but I gotta stop it because I haven't learnt to jump properly. :D

That would, but then its super size.
Btw, are you competent with nitro cars? If so I have one of them needing a little work on it for sale!

If you wanna go through grass, i suggest puttin bigger tires on it OR gettin a stadium truck. MTs also work well. BTW, do you want electric or nitro?

I would not suggest running any rally car on grass. They are still way to low for grass, which would cause some severe overheating. If you put bigger tires on, it would screw up the gear ratio, also causing the motor to run hot.
