i just get a TL-01 for $20 (chassis only) :D. it had a retro speed 10x2 on it with a super rooster. was runnin it for like 1 minute than it get slow. i saw a blue light come from the motor. then the car stopped died. i went to it and saw the brush hood had MELTED OFF :mad:. i think that was the funniest thing that have happen 2 a motor.

i don't think TL-01's are made for 10 turn motors

IF I remember right the TL-01 has that brilliant design that allows you to only put a few diferent Pinions on. I bet that thing was way overgeared.

plus the TL-01 doesnt have much air flow if im not mistaking
