I am going to buy a 1/10 Stadium Truck. I have narrowed it down to the RC10 T3 (or4) and the XXXT. Which one should I get? Which one is better when it comes to:
- competition
- durabability
- ease of working on
- other important things to consider?
I'm mostly a backyard basher, but occasionally go to a weekend competition.
Is it worth upgrading to the T4 from T3? Is the Matt Francis edition worth the extra $?
Let me know your thoughts.

If you are going to do a majority of bashing, I would get an Associated T4. I own and race a XXXT MF, but, from what I have seen of the T4s, it's a pretty darn good truck for the money. It handles very well, it seems to be durable, and, it's about $50.00 less than a Matt Francis.

I just finally upgraded from my RC10T1 to the 10T4 so I can vouch on the durability of AE vehicles... The MF edition has all the hop ups on it already though... My choice was between the TF and MF and the T4 won in my eyes... Stadium trucks don't make good backyard bashers in my opinion though...

the mattt francis graphite wont take the abuse of a basher.trust me on that one.unless you can dodge the kids in the neighborhood and that stupid dog all the time avoding the tree and oncoming car then the t4 is for you.
mf kit has everything but your gonna upgrade a t4 anyway so mind as well.imo being a losi supporter since the lxt the t4 is new to the age and will be 2004 hot ride.xxxt is still competative and will soon get a new tranny.t4's are rising at my track and soon if there is a new losi x4t i will be hanging with the guys at the track who stil race the double xt's racing in our vintage class....lol.ive made mistakes year after year buying the newer models to be at top notch but now im just in it for the thrill of the hobby.
