Chubby Lady 2

My Chubby Lady 2 does not seem to have enough power. I used all the equipment given in the kit (Mig 280 motor, 7 cell 350 battery). If I moved up to a 300 motor would that help? Or maybe not use the gear system (1:4) and go direct? What are my options?

A speed 300 motor will definitely pep up any S280 plane. I don't know if that's your problem, but if you decide to try a S300 look heresimprop S300 (http://www.hobby-lobby.com/speed280.htm)
