I've got a Pico stick FD with a GWS flight pack and a 7.2 270 mah battery. I've not been able to get mine to fly quite right. It won't pull up after about 15 feet, and wants to dive everytime I use the rudder. I tried the optional #9070 prop and it sped up considerably, right into the ground after an attempt at a loop. Back to the stock prop, and it won't fly except under full throttle and then not well. I have noticed the wind seems to flex too much...Any ideas anyone?

Mine flex'd too. I just attatched a piece of fishing line from one side of the wing under the fuselage and over to the other side. I also put some packaging tape on the underside of the wing to keep them together. added a little weight, but still flies great. I have the same setup and with the stock prop it will rog in about 10 ft.

G'Day Nick --- sounds to me like its too tail heavy--when in flight does it float around with its nose in the air?? I.E. Just waiting for a stall?--- try and add a bit of weight to the nose (or ensure the battery is as far forward as you can get it ?) a Carbon spar under the wing works wonders too!!!

I checked the balance, and it was too far back. It did tend to hold it's nose up, and when given elevator, would stall. I moved the servos up a little and added a clamp on lead fishing wait to the cowl, and it's now balanced properly. Not flight tested though. Too much wind. Maybe in a couple days.
