I´m running an AE RC10T3 RTR with the motor that comes with the kit, and i have a 24/81, is it bad? how fast can i go with other relation between the spur and the pinion? could anybody indicate a site where the gear ratio is explained. Tks.

The kit supplied pinion & spur (if included), motor is usually close to what works. Gives good speed and runtime. Using a bigger pinion 25,26,27 may give more speed but shorten you runtime considerably, going to a smaller pinion 23, 22, 21 will decrease speed but increase runtime as long as the motor stays geared properly. Motors can be overgeared using a pinion that too big or undergeared using a pinion that's too small - in both cases motor does not reach it optimum operates level and is overstressed causing it to overheat. Motor should accelerate smoothly and get up to speed without exhibiting hesitation or generating excessive heat - heat may not always be a good indication as certain ones get hotter than others.
There is a host of web sites, that have information pretaining to the littlest thing you need to know, Associated has information on their website, along with vehicle information and setup tips. The manual has recommended setup tips, along with gearing suggestions.
